What each status means

Hash recorded

A digest was calculated for a specific byte sequence.

Server-verified hash

The publication system independently calculated the digest from the stored object.

Imported hash

A digest came from an identified source manifest or local import and still needs independent comparison when required.

Human-verified

A named reviewer recorded a defined review action. It does not mean every possible claim was verified.

Published

The owner approved public access. Publication does not itself establish legal admissibility.
